Going into buying our first home was terrifying but even before we started the official search London was there to inform us on closing costs, the entire process, what we should prepare for, things to worry about, and common misconceptions. We walked into our first tour ready to buy that day because of it. We were quick to find a house but London was honest about her opinions to help reassure us that just because we found a house fast, doesn’t mean we were making the wrong choice. There was daily communication on most days, but when we were putting the offer in and during the inspection there was calls & texts felt like hourly. The communication was incredible for two people who felt clueless & scared. She took the time to always reassure us, which that alone was priceless. She made us feel special, like we were her only clients even though we know we weren’t. Not only would we buy with London again, but we’d sell, & recommend her to just about everyone we know. If moving didn’t involve all that pesky packing and unpacking, I would do it over and over again just to work with London. Besides being very personable, friendly, and extremely engaging, London is a true professional, dedicated to knowing all the ins and outs of realty- as well as a few things that should be occurring in other professions (like inspections, loan processes, etc). Her vast knowledge was invaluable to us and her warm demeanor made us comfortable asking those simple questions that you feel like you should already have grasped. London made herself readily available to us- we truly felt we must be her only clients for such dedicated time (we asked- we weren’t). My husband and I decided to sell and buy a new to us home in a single conversation. We did some research, found London and the whole process took us exactly 6 weeks. London listened to what we were looking for, offered suggestions on things we had never considered, and was thorough and thoughtful in selecting all the homes we went to view. Sometimes it seemed she knew what we (both!) wanted before we did. She is a delightful personality and an incredible realtor. If we end up moving again, she will be our first call.
